Medusa WIP

Starting the face from a 3d cube I was able to sculpt out the face. Snakes were created separately and then added in and transformed. Im still working out the high frequency details in the face. I will finish this one eventually.

Final creature contest

Well Im just glad that i finished on time, of course with sculpting you can keep going forever with it. But with the deadline creeping up fast as usual I had to throw in the towel. I didn't win, but I guess I won in spirit because I had alot of fun with creating it.

Congratulations to my good buddy adrien debos for placing First with his awesome entry the Kentor. Can't wait to see his 3d print.

Okay the bottom line is.... I really don't like this guy, but for some reason I find myself intrigued, so I painted his portrait. I guess if you met him, hes probably really not that bad of a guy!
